Oakwood Publishers is a professional book publishing and marketing company offering a wide range of services, including:

Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
Cooperate in a timely manner with requests for content, approvals, and feedback.
Refrain from using our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Oakwood Publishers retains the right to showcase general project work (e.g., cover designs) in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Payments
All fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms must be followed as agreed. We accept multiple payment methods. Late payments may incur delays in service or administrative fees.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes ghostwriting, editing, design, formatting, and marketing services.
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
A cancellation is requested before any work begins: A partial refund may be issued, minus any processing or admin costs.
In the case of multi-service packages, refunds for unused portions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be granted if:
Work has already begun or been delivered.
The client fails to provide content, feedback, or respond to communication in a timely manner.
The client is dissatisfied with creative direction after revision rounds included in the scope.
Most services include a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Additional revisions outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Oakwood Publishers shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We make no guarantees of book sales, rankings, or outcomes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in USA, New York.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
